Customer Problem: I used Yanhua Mini ACDP with module 9 to add new keys to 2011 Range Sport, but it failed. The message prompted “OBD-II service refused!” as the picture shown.

Only the KVM module from 2015 to 2018 can add new keys and do all keys lost by Mini ACDP master with module 9 with interface board. For the old Land Rover, you need to add double CAN adapter.
